I came across UltraCare Plus after attempting to find somewhere that could carry out an ultrasound for me as part of a medical for a new job. I originally called to see if this was something they could accommodate and sure enough it was! The lady on the phone was really helpful in letting me know what I needed and the best way to get it done. I got it booked for the same day I called. When I arrived I met Elena and from the beginning she was so friendly and kind. I ended up needing a full bladder for the test (which I didn’t have) , I took up a lot more time than intended because of this and was made to feel so so welcome throughout. I’ve genuinely never known such great service which in itself is so refreshing. I’ll definitely be revisiting if I ever need to and will be recommending to others without hesitation. Good job team
A truly amazing experience. My husband and I were both really nervous going into the scan but Elena immediately put us at ease. We had a good 20 minutes looking at baby and Elena showed us everything in great detail and explained what we were looking at! Clearly very knowledgeable but also so friendly and approachable.
